1985  :    Commissioned by MVT , Germany for 1800 TPH

2005 :    Capacity Up-graded by IHI Japan from 1800 to 2200 TPH

2015  :    Tech Audit by Lepton:-Final Report Submitted in May 2015

2015  :    Phase-1: Rehabilitation of Limestone Stacker, including the replacement of Critical component of the Stacker with new, improved design component in 24d after it collapsed in Sep 2015

2016  :   Phase-2: Design, Manufacturing & Supply of Improved Long Travel Mechanism (With Bogie Design, in place of BG Design) complete with drive units and VFD & Drive Pulley with Ceramic Lagging.

• Achieved the up-graded Capacity of 2200 TPH
•  Reduce the Load on the Cracking Civil Foundation
• Minimize the wear of the Rail
• Over-speeding of the Reclaimer Controlled
• Improved reliability of Stacker
